About Port City Coffee Roasters (@portcitycoffee)
Port City Coffee Roasters has been a part of the Seacoast coffee culture since 1992. Fresh, well-roasted coffee is of our highest priority and can be proven by the distinct aroma of roasting coffee that inundates the area around our café on Islington Street every week.
We start by purchasing the highest grade of Arabica gree
n coffee beans from the world's premier growing regions. Next, we roast these beans in small batches so we can carefully control the time, temperature and air flow, all of which are crucial to the roasting process. Each coffee is precisely cooked to a desired roast color in order to bring out the best flavor and body for that particular coffee. We then expertly blend some of our coffees to create a unique balance of taste and texture that few straights can match. This "hands on" approach to roasting enables us to give personal attention to each individual order we receive, no matter how large or small. The result is worth the effort. Every one of our customers at Port City Coffee Roasters is able to enjoy one of the freshest, most flavorful coffees on the market.
